Our process

Exciting, fun, and at times a real drag, our process takes us through all kinds of ups and downs - but we enjoy every minute of it!

Scouting

Finding the perfect location and the right apartment is a key step in our process. We focus only on Triple A locations and spaces that are truly special - even if they need a lot of polishing.

Aquisition & planning

Electrical planning, interior design or pipe distribution - everything we need before breaking the ground is carefully planned to ensure excellent results and unforgettable experiences for our guests.

Rebuild & finalise

We spare no dime in rebuilding the property and we carefully handpick suppliers that provide the highest quality of service. Despite that, we also enjoy getting our hands dirty on the construction site.

Vol. 1 - Warhol

When we experience art, we open ourselves up to new ideas and perspectives. Some people create art to express themselves, while others do it to make a statement. Andy Warhol was one of the latter. His artworks were the perfect source of inspiration when creating Vol. 1 of our Art Living Apartments - it allowed us to transform the space into something truly special.

Georgiana's place was a super experience and I can say it was the best accommodation I have ever stayed. A lovely Warholian style accommodation which was so spacious, everything is impeccable. even the 1.5 bathrooms was thoughtful.
